Use of Submitted Details
All details provided will be verified during the document verification process.
Your selected category and income limit will still be considered for reporting, ranking, awards, and statistical purposes, subject to verification by your institution.
Certificate Validity Tracking
If an RD Number is not provided, the system will not track the validity of your certificate..
NAD Portal related
Your category, caste, and income details will be shared with the NAD portal and will be verified by your institution during document verification.
If You Don't Have an RD Number currently issued by Government of Karnataka,
You can apply for the admissions without it for now. However, once you receive your RD Number from AJSK, you must contact your university to update it. Until then, general category fees will apply to whatever the fees you pay.

Complete Verification Required
You must verify both caste and income. If only one is verified, you will not be eligible for fee concessions, and general fees will be applicable to whatever the fees you pay
Fee Concession Eligibility
You will receive fee concessions (for admission and examination related payments) only if your RD Number is valid and verified through the AJSK portal. If not verified, general category fees will be applicable to whatever the fees you pay.
If You Don't have an active RD Number currently issued by Government of Karnataka
You can apply for the admissions without it for now. However, once you receive your RD Number from AJSK, you must contact your university to update it. Until then, general category fees will apply to whatever the fees you pay.

Note:

Aspect ratio must follow standard passport dimensions:

Photo Quality Checks
- Blur detection:Rejects out-of-focus images
- Background:Rejects busy backgrounds (requires a plain white or light background)
- Face Detection: Exactly one face must be detected
- Centering: Face must be horizontally and vertically centered
- Sizing: Face must occupy between 4% and 65% of the total image area (prevents selfies or too-distant shots)
- Liveness/Authenticity:Rejects avatars, cartoons, illustrations, and hyper-realistic AI-generated faces using texture and color-richness analysis
Signature Document Checks
- File Size: Maximum 100 KB
- DPI: Minimum 72 DPI recommended for mobile-captured signatures.
- Resolution: Width must be at least 200 pixels.
- Aspect Ratio: Must be rectangular, between 1.5 and 4.5
- Background: Must be white paper or transparent. Physically dark/noisy backgrounds are rejected.
- Portrait Check:Rejects images if a face is detected (prevents uploading portraits as signatures).
- Ink Analysis:
  - Detects ink strokes (connected components)
  - Rejects blank images.
  - Rejects signs with too much noise (detected as >50 disconnected strokes)
